What these are
Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of information a website keeps on your device. Some are essential for the site to work; others remember a preference.
02
What we store
| Name | What it is | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session (sb-…) | Your sign-in token for the patient app, ProviderOS or Admin | Keeps you signed in. Essential. | Until you sign out or it expires. |
| healint-theme | Whether you chose the light or dark appearance | Remembers your choice. | Until you clear it. |
| Chosen area | The area you picked when searching for care near you | Shows relevant results next time. | Until you clear it. |
| Admin access (website only) | A cookie that lets our team into the internal part of the website | Security. Only set for our team. | A short session. |
We also send first-party measurements of page speed and errors to our own servers so that we can fix slow or broken pages. They contain no name, email or account identifier.
03
What we do not use
- Advertising cookies.
- Cross-site tracking or advertising profiles.
- Third-party analytics that follow you from site to site.
04
Your choices
Because we store only what is essential or what you chose, there is nothing to switch off. You can clear stored data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential storage will stop sign-in from working.
If we ever add anything that is not essential, we will ask first and update this page.
